The problem we were hired to solve.
Owners had three bad options: hire a developer for a custom embed (3 days, $$), pay enterprise pricing for an over-built platform, or accept a pre-baked chatbot that doesn't know their industry. Whichever they picked, payments were a separate problem to solve later.
Owner copies a snippet, picks a niche, writes the assistant's tone in two paragraphs, plugs in Stripe — and the agent is live before lunch. Trials convert automatically. Agencies white-label the whole stack and resell. The studio handles platform; owners handle business.
Context
Small businesses want an AI assistant on their site, but every existing option pushes them in the wrong direction. Developer-heavy embeds need 3-day integrations and custom HTML. Enterprise platforms are priced for enterprise. Pre-baked chatbots can't be tuned to a real niche. The middle of the market — owner adds bot, picks tone, takes payments — was empty.

Built a multi-tenant SaaS where any owner adds a smart agent in 2 minutes. Embed widget ships for 19+ platforms — WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Tilda, Webflow, custom HTML — with a copy-paste install. Bot builder lets owners tune prompts to their niche in plain language. Stripe Subscriptions runs the pricing ladder: $1 trial for 3 days, then $49.99/mo or $94.99/mo. Multi-tenant architecture isolates data per owner at the database layer. Owner dashboard with chat history, engagement metrics, CSV export. White-label tier gives agencies sub-accounts and custom branding. Webhooks + dunning automate trial-to-paid conversion end-to-end.
